A google form for slot requests will be posted on my Twitter every commission opening. Please do NOT contact me directly for a slot/regarding your form entry.

Commissions are NOT first come first serve. I also do not offer slot reservations. I will choose whichever request interests me most. If your request is not chosen, please don't take it as a sign I wasn't interested in your request! I simply cannot take on as many commissions as I'd like. There is no need to rush when filling out the form to secure a slot.

All commissions are priced in USD and must be paid 100% upfront before I begin working. Once your request is accepted, payment must be made within 3 days. If payment is not received within that time, I reserve the right to give your slot to another client. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full.

I reserve the right to decline any slot request by choosing not to accept the form. You will know if I accepted your form if I dm you with a price to discuss payment.

Due to the custom nature of commissions, refunds are generally not available once work has started. If you want to cancel before I begin your commission, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds before work are considered on a case-by-case basis. If I am unable to complete your commission, I will provide an appropriate refund based on the progress made.

Production time generally takes within a week or more depending on the complexity of the project. I do not offer rush fees nor accept deadlines. If you are in the slot queue, you may have to wait longer before I get to start your commission. I will update you with queue updates and progress screenshots.

Once your 3D model is done, the project is considered final. I am not responsible for post-delivery edits or modifications unless a bug or error is found in my work. You will receive a zip file of your model and a VRC upload if you chose that option. You are completely free to edit the model yourself or hire someone else to edit it.

If you choose to keep your model private but later want to grant me permission to sell the model on my public store, please note that the store price will be set much lower (around $20+) to match my usual public releases. This lower price is necessary for standard sales, and no partial refunds will be given on your original commission price. I will never sell or distribute your commissioned model without explicit permission.

Payment is upfront and recommended budget is $50 for any type of art. $100 if you plan to commission multiple characters.

You will receive the full drawing when complete as well as a zip of the uncompressed images + CSP file (Clip Studio Paint)

Mesh toggles (to switch off an existing mesh on the model, not an additional addon)

BALD toggle (turns off the hair, for funnies)

Chest physics OFF (IF it has breast physics)

You must credit me (BoltTheMan) for the use of the art. A simple credit in the description of videos, posts, profiles, etc.

You may use your commissioned art for streaming, branding, overlays, etc.

You may NOT sell your commissioned art as merchandise (stickers, clothing, keychains, etc.)

If you commission me to stylize a known/popular character, I may choose to create a separate 3D model based on my stylized design in the future. This is not guaranteed, and any future model or model files are not included with the commission. This does not apply to personal designs (OCs, Sonas, Kinsonas, etc.)

You must credit me (BoltTheMan) for the use of the model(s). A simple credit in the description of posts, avatars, profiles, etc.

You are completely free to edit the model however you want. You may also port it to any games/software you'd like.

You may use your commissioned model for streaming, vtubing, etc.

You may not resell the original 3D model files or avatar under any circumstances.

You are free to share the model with friends, a partner, or a trusted uploader/editor. Neither you nor your peers may resell or distribute the model to public websites. If you want to distribute the model publicly, you may ask me at any time to release it.
